Dear Joanne, having motivated numerous boat foldings, apologies for being so late in sending them. My own personal contribution to your wonderful project has been created from several pages on manuscript from Horatio Clare’s book ‘A single Swallow: following an epic journey from South Africa to South Wales. He discarded the sheets after a reading during an Arvon Foundation writing course, and willingly consented to my recycling plan. The words are painted over with earth and sand colours. Boats of imagination.
